After placing an order with us, you should receive a confirmation email that contains a link to check the status of that order. Alternatively, you can track the status of any order on our tracking page.

We ship worldwide, though there are a few areas we are unable to get packages to: Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Botswana, Romania, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen.
Orders usually ship the same day you sign up or within 2 business days of your payment. We ship every single day except Sundays and holidays. And, once your package ships, you will get an email with a tracking number for it. You can also go to our tracking page to check the status of any order.
Our standard is always to ship out monthly orders within two business days of payment. We do our best to mitigate any shipping delays, caused by internal factors or those beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience if there is ever an unusual delay in your shipping! If there's ever a delay we haven't warned you about, and it's been more than a few extra business days than normal, feel free to reach out to our Customer Happiness team to inquire.
Shipping charges are standard with all orders under $50.
Once you've logged in, go to Account Settings at the top (near your profile pic!) and click Address Book. There, you can add, edit, and delete any shipping address on your account. That's also where you assign a shipping address to your subscriptions. It's super simple!
Typically, payment is processed when you submit an order with Muah.
You can view and update your billing addresses, next billing date, and payment information all on through your Account Dashboard. You can even have multiple cards on file (making additional purchases from our Shop or Rewards program super quick and easy!), and your “default” card will be the one used for recurring payments (since subscriptions are on automatic billing cycles!)
All prices on the Muah website are reflective of US Dollars, unless otherwise noted for customers outside the US.
Depending on where you live, there may be added sales tax to your order. This is determined based on your location, specifically by your State and County. While we do not have any control over taxes added, as they are set and collected by the State and County in which you reside, we do make an effort to remove or reduce shipping costs as much as possible to make sure you are getting your products as easily and quickly as possible!
We have a no refund policy except in special circumstances. However, we do offer exchanges/replacement on any damaged products and a handful of other concerns, You can learn more about returns and exchanges by visiting our Returns & Exchanges page in our menu.
We do not store your credit card information. All of your credit card information is stored directly with our secure 3rd party merchant processor.
